The NHS Medicine Use Review (MUR) Service is a private consultation with a pharmacist to focus on how you are getting on with your medicines. It is funded by the NHS and is available at The Pharmacy Hub at no cost to you.

This free NHS service is available annually to customers receiving prescription medication from The Pharmacy Hub for 3 months or longer. The service is subject to availability and appointments may have to be made. All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation. If you would like a chaperone to be present mention this to our pharmacist or ask a member of our team.

How does the service work?
When you are given your new medicine you will be asked if you want to sign up to the service, which will be provided in three parts. If you agree, you will need to sign a consent form to allow your pharmacist to share your information with other parts of the NHS. Please ask the pharmacy team for more information.
